Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting final plat, subdivision bonds for erosion control, performance and maintenance bonds for underground improvements, platted easements and approval of private street name SW Campus Lane for Heritage Townhomes at Prairie Trail Plat 3.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Heritage Townhomes at Prairie Trail Plat 3 is a 4.92-acre plat located west of SW Pleasant Lane and south of SW Magazine Road and north of SW 15th Street. The plat is part of The Heritage Neighborhood at Prairie Trail Amended Neighborhood Plan. The proposed site plan for this area shows four buildings with four attached townhomes each. The re-platted townhomes will be addressed from SW Campus Lane. The plat also contains one outlot. Outlot T will provide for common space within the development. Outlot X is a 3.40-acre outlot that will be final platted for development at a future date.

CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
Adopt resolution accepting final plat for Heritage Townhomes at Prairie Trail Plat 3.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL/COMMISSION/BOARD ACTION(S):
