SUBJECT:
Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION authorizing the mayor to sign a hold harmless agreement with Todd Kellenberger to place a retaining wall and fence within a portion of a City owned storm sewer and surface water flowage easement. (516 NE Liberty Ct.)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Todd Kellenberger and City Staff have agreed to a set of terms and conditions regarding the placement of a retaining wall and fence within the City owned storm sewer and surface water flowage easement which will allow Mr. Kellenberger to alter the grading on his property without adversely affecting the surface water flowage in the easement.
