Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION receiving and filing an application for the voluntary annexation of, and providing for the giving of notice for annexation of certain territory located adjacent to the southeast quadrant of Ankeny owned by Dennis E. Jordan, Joseph & Elizabeth Origer, Leroy Brown III, Nello Medici Life Estate (North), Nello Medici Life Estate (South), Sante & Nello Medici, and Jerome & Josephine Schmitt.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Dennis E. Jordan, Joseph & Elizabeth Origer, Leroy Brown III, Nello Medici Life Estate (North), Nello Medici Life Estate (South), Sante & Nello Medici, and Jerome & Josephine Schmitt, the property owners, have requested annexation to the City of Ankeny. The land is approximately 25 acres adjacent to the southeast quadrant of Ankeny, Generally located east of S Ankeny Boulevard (NE 14th Street), south of SE 33rd Street and SE Primrose Drive.
