Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting final plat, platted easements, deed to street, subdivision bond for seeding and erosion control and approval of the public street name SW District Drive for the The District at Prairie Trail Plat 7.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The District at Prairie Trail Plat 7 is a 2.78-acre plat located east of SW State Street, northeast of SW Vintage Parkway and SW Prairie Trail Parkway, south of SW Magazine Road, southwest of SW Westview Drive. The final plat includes two lots for private commercial uses, and one street lot for right-of-way and public parking. The developer has contracts for paving and underground utilities for SW Main Street and SW Park Square Drive Phase 2 as associated with this development.

Approve and accept resolution.
