PH 2017-36: Proposed annexation of certain parcels of real estate owned by Beverly A. Allen and Dale and Dolores A. Stall.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Beverly A. Allen and Dale and Dolores A. Stall, the property owners, have requested annexation to the City of Ankeny. The land is approximately 155 acres (+/-) of land, generally located in the northwest quadrant of NW 110th Ave (NW 36th St) and NW 16th St (NW Irvinedale Dr).

PREVIOUS COUNCIL/COMMISSION/BOARD ACTION(S):

 

March 20, 2016:  City Council initiated voluntary urbanized annexation. 
April 4, 2017:  Plan & Zoning Commission held a public hearing. 
April 18, 2017: Plan & Zoning Commission recommended approval. 
May 1, 2017:  City Council set the public hearing.

PUBLIC OUTREACH EFFORTS:

Notification and public hearing by the Plan & Zoning Commission.

Consultation meeting held on April 10, 2017.

Legal publication and notification.
