Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting final plat, deed to streets, performance and maintenance bonds for paving and underground improvements, performance bond for erosion control, platted easements, and approval of cost participation for water main upsizing along SE Corporate Woods Drive and trail upsizing along SE Corporate Woods Drive for Corporate Woods Industrial Park Plat 2.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Corporate Woods Industrial Park Plat 2 is a proposed 32.53 acre development located north of SE Corporate Woods Drive and west and north of SE Rio Circle. The plat contains two lots zoned M-1, Light Industrial District with use restrictions. The proposed plat is consistent with the preliminary plat approved by City Council February 2, 2015.

 

FISCAL IMPACT: Yes
Cost share for water main upsizing and trail upsizing in an amount not to exceed $11,051.00.

Approve and accept resolution
