Considering motion to approve Change Order #2 increasing the contract amount by $3,822.00 to Minturn, Inc., for construction services on the Crestbruck Park Splashpad Improvements project.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Additional pavement in the roadway needed to be removed and replaced due to proposed utility work. The existing roadway had cracking and was not able to be saved.
