Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to sign a hold harmless agreement allowing DRA Properties, LC to place a directional sign within a Storm Sewer and Water Main Easement.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
A stylized customer parking sign is proposed as a directional sign at the intersection of SW Vintage Parkway and SW Merchant Street. Public works has reviewed the project and has agreed to the sign location subject to a hold harmless agreement.
