EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Jason and Vanessa Whitinger are proposing to vacate a portion of the Floodway, Golf Course and Sanitary Sewer Easement on Lot 1, Briar Creek South Plat 2. They proposed to construct an in-ground swimming pool in the vacated area.
