SUBJECT:
Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION authorizing the acceptance of the donation of an air compressor for Fire Station No. 3 by DuPont Pioneer Corporation.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The DuPond Pioneer Corporation of Johnston recently contacted the Ankeny Fire Department and offered to donate a 5-hp industrial sized air compressor to the City so that it can be utilized in Fire Station No. 3. Staff recommends acceptance of this donation, valued at approximately $15,000.00.
