Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION providing for the notice and hearing of the City Council of the City of Ankeny to rezone certain property owned by Classic Development, LLC located east of NW Irvinedale Drive, approximately a quarter mile north of NW 36th Street.  (date of hrg:  7/17/17 @ 5:30 p.m.)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Classic Development, LLC. is requesting to rezone property from R-2, One-Family and Two-Family Residence District to PUD, Planned Unit Development. The subject property is located east of NW Irvinedale Drive, approximately a quarter mile north of NW 36th Street.

CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:

To adopt a resolution setting a public hearing for 7/17/17 @5:30 p.m.

PREVIOUS COUNCIL/COMMISSION/BOARD ACTION(S):
On June 20th, 2017, the Plan and Zoning Commission recommended City Council approval of the request to rezone property owned by Classic Development, LLC from R-2 to PUD.
