SUBJECT:
Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION setting a public hearing on a development agreement between the City of Ankeny & Hy-Vee, Inc.  (date of hrg: 7/31/17 @ 5:30 p.m.)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Hy-Vee, Inc. is proposing to construct an approximately 205,000 square foot bakery and commissary facility(ies) on the PDI campus, located south of 2741 SE PDI Place, along SE Delaware Ave.  
FISCAL IMPACT: Yes

The amount and term of property tax rebates has not been determined.  Total assessed valuation for this project is expected to be approx. $13.3 million.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
To approve setting the public hearing on a development agreement for July 31, 2017.
