Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting acquisition plat and easements for the construction of public utilities associated with development of Outlot G, Lot 6 and Lot 7, The District at Prairie Trail Plat 5.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The District at Prairie Trail Plat 5 is a 52.09 acre plat located east of SW State Street, northeast of SW Vintage Parkway and SW Prairie Trail Parkway, south of SW Magazine Road, southwest of SW Westview Drive. The Brownstones at The District Phase 2 is the continuation of an existing project to expand the Brownstones south and east on SW Westview Drive. The project includes public improvements and paving of SW Merchant Street.
