Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to sign a Hold Harmless agreement allowing CBH Properties, LLC to place a monument sign within a City Sanitary Sewer Easement.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
CBH Properties, LLC and the city staff have agreed to a set of terms and conditions regarding the placement of a monument sign within the City sanitary sewer easement on the west side of their site at 1315 North Ankeny Boulevard.
