SUBJECT:
Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting maintenance bond and public improvement for paving of Corporate Woods Drive Turn Lane Improvements.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This Resolution will allow the acceptance of the SE Corporate Woods Turn Lane Improvements project and complete the cost share agreement between the City of Ankeny and 1600 Corporate Woods LLC. This would also authorize the payment to 1600 Corporate Woods LLC for the City's share of the project improvements.

This was a previously approved agreement between the City of Ankeny and 1600 Corporate Woods LLC.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
Recommend approval of Resolution to accept the project and authorize payment to 1600 Corporate Woods LLC.
