Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting final plat, platted easements, deed to street, deed to Lot B, performance and maintenance bonds for paving and underground improvements, subdivision bond for seeding and erosion control, and approval of the private street name, SW Vineyard Lane for The Vineyard at Prairie Trail Plat 1. |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: |
The Vineyard at Prairie Trail Plat 1 is a 27.90-acre plat located east of SW Irvinedale Drive, north of SW Oralabor Road and south of SW Prairie Trail Parkway and SW Plaza Parkway. The plat contains 26 single-family lots, 14 lots reserved for bi-attached units, one lot for a clubhouse, one lot reserved for City uses, one street lot, and one outlot that will be re-platted before future development. The plat will include one private drive, SW Vineyard Lane. |

Adopt resolution accepting the final plat for The Vineyard at Prairie Trail Plat 1. |
