Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting final plat, platted easements, subdivision bond for public infrastructure and subdivision bond for seeding and erosion control for Park Sight Office Park at Prairie Trail Plat 3.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Park Sight Office Park at Prairie Trail Plat 3 is a 10.90-acre plat located east of SW State Street and south of SW Prairie Trail Parkway.  The development is located in the Mixed-Use Urban Corridor Precinct of the Prairie Trail PUD.  Plat 3 is a re-plat of Outlot Y, Park Sight Office Park at Prairie Trail Plat 1 and contains one 1.36-acre buildable lot. The plat area is currently owned by DRA Properties, LLC and a 7,000 SF commercial office building is proposed by 2123 Investments, LLC / JCORP, Inc., on Lot 1 at 1551 SW Prairie Trail Parkway.
