Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting final plat, final PUD site plan, deed to streets, performance and maintenance bonds for paving and underground improvements, letter of credit for erosion control, payment in lieu of parksite dedication, and platted easements and authorizing cost participation for sidewalk oversizing and water upsizing for Villas at Brinmore Estates Plat 1.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Villas at Brinmore Estates Plat 1 is a 40.43 acre development located east of NW Irvinedale Drive, approximately 1/2 mile north of NW 36th Street. The plat includes 102 single-family villa lots, and an Outlot for private storm water detention, zoned PUD.  The plat also includes 40 bi-attached lots and 3 single-family lots zoned R-2, One and Two Family Residence District.  The Villas at Brinmore Estates Final PUD Site Plan includes just the area zoned PUD. 
FISCAL IMPACT: Yes
Cost participation for water main upsizing to a 12-inch water main in an amount estimated to be $14,285.52 and upsizing to an 8-foot wide trail in an amount estimated to be $18,191.25.

Approve and accept resolution.
