In accordance with the Iowa Code Section 123.1 and the City of Ankeny Code of Ordinances Chapter 130, "Liquor Licenses and Wine and Beer Permits," the following license(s) have been investigated and reviewed by the Ankeny Police Department, and when necessary, by Planning & Building and/or Fire Department staff, and are presented to the City Council for approval. 2. Casey's Marketing Company d/b/a Casey's General Store #2920, 1010 SE National Dr. - Class C Beer Permit (BC) w/Sunday sales (Renewal) - Effective Date: October 26, 2017.
3. ERJ Dining IV, LLC d/b/a Chili's Southwest Grill, 2601 SE Delaware - Class C Liquor License (LC) w/Sunday sales (Renewal) - Effective Date: October 30, 2017.
4. Marla Earp d/b/a Treasure House, 721 N Ankeny Blvd. - Class B Native Wine Permit (WBN) w/Sunday sales (Renewal) - Effective Date: November 6, 2017.
5. Fleet and Farm of Green Bay, LLC d/b/a Mills Fleet Farm, 3875 SE Delaware Ave. - Class C Beer Permit (BC) w/Sunday sales (Renewal) - Effective Date: November 1, 2017.
6. Kum & Go LC d/b/a Kum & Go #518, 3603 NE Otterview Circle - Class E Liquor License (LE) w/Sunday sales (Renewal) - Effective Date: November 9, 2017.
7. Elements by K. Sorbe, Inc. d/b/a Elements at Prairie Trail, 1380 SW Vintage Parkway - Class B Native Wine Permit (WBN) w/Sunday sales (Renewal) - Effective Date: November 1, 2017.
8. Los Charros LLC d/b/a Los Charros, 2010 SE Delaware Ave., Suite 230 - Class C Liquor License (LC) w/Sunday sales (NEW) - Effective Date: October 16, 2017.
9. Hy-Vee, Inc. d/b/a Hy-Vee Tasting Room, 2510 SW State St., will be catering an event at Baker Group located at 1600 SE Corporate Woods Dr. on November 9, 2017 in which alcohol will be served. This will require a temporary transfer of the Class C Liquor License from 2510 SW State St. to the Baker Group, 1600 SE Corporate Woods Dr.. No selling or serving of alcoholic beverages will be allowed at the original licensed location during the period of the transfer, November 9, 2017 . City staff has reviewed the request and recommends allowing the temporary transfer of liquor license. |
