Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting a public water main easement located over Lot 1, Delaware Village Plat 3 for the construction of a public water main associated with development of Delaware Village Plat 3.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The action before the Council is the adoption of a resolution accepting a Public Water Main Easement from MH Ankeny, LLC to allow the City to own and maintain a public water main located on Delaware Village Plat 3.
