SUBJECT:
Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION authorizing the mayor to sign a development agreement with Par Partners, LLC concerning construction of an extension of SE Primrose Drive and associated utilities relating to development of Willow Run Plat 1 in the City of Ankeny, Iowa.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Par Partners, LLC is proposing to construct the extension of SE Primrose Drive and associated utilities to facilitate the development of their property at Willow Run Plat 1. The developer has agreed to extend the existing storm sewer through Willow Run Plat 1 to provide an alternate drainage system for the existing Springwood development as part of the public improvement plans for Willow Run Plat 1.
FISCAL IMPACT: No

City staff recommends that the City reimburse the developer for the value of said extra work which amounts to $30,525.00. Surplus funds will be paid out of the annual Storm Water fund balance.
