Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting final plat, PUD site plan, parksite dedication agreement, subdivision bonds for erosion control, performance and maintenance bonds for underground improvements and platted easements for Deer Creek South Townhomes Plat 1.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Deer Creek South Townhomes is a 10.77 acre proposed development located west of NE Four Mile Drive, approximately .2 miles north of E. 1st Street. The Deer Creek South PUD was approved by City Council on April 20, 2015.

 

Deer Creek South Townhomes Plat 1 shows 22 townhome lots and one outlot for future townhome development. The site plan is for the entire townhome development and shows 54 townhome units and associated improvements. All street development within the proposed development will be private.

CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
Approve and accept resolution.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL/COMMISSION/BOARD ACTION(S):
The Plan & Zoning Commission recommended approval at their meeting on April 18, 2017.
