Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting final plat, platted easements, deed to streets, letter of credit for erosion control, performance and maintenance bonds for underground improvements and authorize the mayor to sign a petition and waiver for Rock Creek Commercial. 
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Rock Creek Commercial, LLC is requesting approval of a final plat for 3.355-acres recently zoned Rock Creek Commercial PUD, Planned Unit Development. The subject property is located approximately 660-feet east and north of the NW 36th Street and NW Irvinedale Drive intersection.
