SUBJECT:
Ord 2020: An Ordinance amending Chapter 69, Parking Regulations, of the Municipal Code of the City of Ankeny, Iowa, by amending Section 69.11, No Parking on Both Sides.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The primary reason for the proposed change is the rural cross-section roadway of NW 5th Street, with ditches and narrow gravel shoulders between NW Weigel Drive and NW Irvinedale Drive.
FISCAL IMPACT: No
The only expense will be for the sign installation, which will be completed in-house.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
To accept first consideration of Ordinance 2020  to amend Chapter 69, Parking Regulations, of the Municipal Code.
