SUBJECT:
Consider motion to approve the renewal of the cyber liability policy with Travelers Casualty and Surety Company for the policy year July 16, 2020 through July 15, 2021, with a premium amount of $23,750. 
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The cyber liability policy renewal recommends increasing the aggregate limit from $1 million to $2 million and the social engineering limit from $100,000 to $250,000.  

 
FISCAL IMPACT: Yes
The total premium amount for the policy year is $23,750, an increase of $10,378 due to substantially increasing the aggregate and social engineering limits.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
Approve the renewal of the cyber liability policy with Travelers Casualty and Surety Company for the policy year July 16, 2020 through July 15, 2021, with a premium amount of $23,750.
