RESOLUTION
setting a public hearing on the vacation of the eastern half of old NW 35th Street (County) right-of-way easement associated with The Grove Landing Development (date of hrg: 7/20/20 @ 5:30 p.m.).
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City has received a request to vacate right-of-way easement commonly known as the eastern half old NW 35th Street. The western half of old NW 35th Street was vacated in 2012 with The Grove Plat 1, and NW 35th Street was relocated to align with NW Abbie Drive. The vacation is requested to start the development process for the Grove Landing development.
