The action before the City Council is the approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Snyder & Associates Inc., for the professional services needed for the Saylor Creek Stabilization at Sanitary Manhole 20J21 project.
The scope of the project includes project administration, topographic survey, wetland delineation, bat habitat survey, hydraulic modeling, design and construction plans, permitting, and solicitation of bids through the competitive quotation process. The project location is along a section of Saylor Creek, located south of SW Oralabor Road.
The professional services need to be undertaken at this time so that the project schedule can be maintained. The Public Works Department proposes to use Snyder & Associates, Inc., to complete the necessary professional services for this project. The scope of the professional services and corresponding fees are shown in the attached Professional Services Agreement. The total fee for the professional services is $36,700.00.
It is anticipated that the professional services will be completed by October 2020. It is recommended that the City Council approve the Professional Services Agreement with Snyder & Associates, Inc. |
