In accordance with the Iowa Code Section 123.1 and the City of Ankeny Code of Ordinances Chapter 130, "Liquor Licenses and Wine and Beer Permits," the following license(s) have been investigated and reviewed by the Ankeny Police Department, and when necessary, by Planning & Building and/or Fire Department staff, and are presented to the City Council for approval. 2. Kwik Trip, Inc. d/b/a Kwik Star #1016, 202 SE Oralabor Rd. - Class C Beer Permit (BC) w/Sunday sales (Renewal) - Effective Date: August 5, 2020.
3. Casey's Marketing d/b/a Casey's General Store #3888, 1024 E 1st Street - Class E Liquor License (LE) w/Sunday sales (NEW) - Effective Date: July 13, 2020.
4. T180 Development, LLC d/b/a Tavern 180, 1975 N. Ankeny Boulevard Suite 117 - Class C Liquor License (LC) - Applying for an Outdoor Service area - Effective Date: July 8, 2020.
5. Mistress Brewing Company, LLC d/b/a Mistress Brewing Company, 1802 N Ankeny Blvd. - Class B Beer Permit (BB) - Expanded Outdoor Service area - Effective Date: July 18, 2020.
