An Ordinance amending the Municipal Code of the City of Ankeny, Iowa, Chapter 41 Public Health and Safety
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Establishes local ordinance, Chapter 41.16 addressing public exposure and indecency within the city limits. This local ordinance carries a simple misdemeanor penalty as adopted in our city code. This ordinance tightens public exposure incidents not otherwise addressed in Iowa Code 709.9
