SUBJECT:
Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION approving the revised non-union and seasonal pay plans for Fiscal Year 2018.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Due to the retirement of the Golf Administrator, effective January 1, 2018, the golf course will be restructured and the Golf Administrator position will be eliminated.  The job duties and responsibilities will be transferred to the Parks & Recreation Director, Head Golf Professional and Food and Beverage Manager.  Because of these additional responsibilities, it is recommended that the following positions be upgraded.

 

Head Golf Professional - change from N11 to N13

Food and Beverage Manager - change from N10 to N11

 

The following part-time seasonal positions will also be upgraded due to additional responsibilities and the OC9 pay grade revised.

 

Assistant Pro Shop Manager

Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Assistant Greenskeeper

FISCAL IMPACT: Yes
The restructuring is estimated to save approximately $46,000 in FY 2018 and $116,000 in FY 2019.
