Sunset Park Restroom Renovation

Professional Services Agreement with Snyder & Associates, Inc.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
To provide engineering services in the preparation of the construction documents for the improvement and renovation of the restroom facility in Sunset Park.
FISCAL IMPACT: No
The facility improvements are currently included in the Older Parks Condition & Renovation Plan and approved through the City's Capital Improvement Program.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:

Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Snyder & Associates, Inc., for engineering services for the improvement and renovation of the Sunset Park Restroom Renovation. in the amount of $14,500 and authorize the Mayor to execute said agreement.
