Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting final plat, platted easements, subdivision bond for seeding and erosion control and performance and maintenance bonds for public improvements for Vintage Business Park at Prairie Trail Plat 5.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Vintage Business Park at Prairie Trail Plat 5 is a proposal for a 42.83-acre re-plat final plat creating 1.83-acre Lot 1, and 2.62-acre Lot 2, while the rest of the plat will change buildable Lots 3,4, and 5 Vintage Business Park at Prairie Trail Plat 1 back into an un-buildable outlot. The property is located within the Prairie Trail PUD, and is generally located along the north side of SW Magazine Road and SW Vintage Parkway between SW State Street and SW Irvinedale Drive.

Approve and accept resolution.
