ISG, Inc. on behalf of ALDI, Inc. has requested the vacation of an ingress/egress easement on Lots 4, 5, and 6, of Northpointe Village Center Plat 1 to facilitate development of the property. The ingress/egress easement was established to serve vehicle traffic going to and from each of the three lots in subject, and is no longer needed as Georgetown, LLC C/O Mike Cunningham will be the sole proprietor. |
