Proposed vacation of a public utility and drainage easement located on Lots 5 and 6, Metro North.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Denny Elwell Family, LC has requested to vacate a public utility and drainage easement. The purpose of the vacation request is related to a replat of Lots 5 and 6, shifting the south lot line further south. A new public utility and drainage easement will be created along the new south/north property line with a final plat.
