An Ordinance amending the Municipal Code of the City of Ankeny, Iowa, Chapter 130 liquor licenses and wine and beer permits.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Amends Chapter 130 subsection 12 of City Code correcting language allowing persons under 21 years of age to enter and remain on premises of retailers selling beer, wine or alcohol for consumption off premises. Current City Code as written would prohibit minors in convenience stores or grocery stores selling beer, wine or alcohol.

To approve third consideration of Ordinance 1932.
