An Ordinance vacating an ingress/egress easement located on Lots 4, 5 and 6 of Northpointe Village Center Plat 1.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
ISG, Inc., on behalf of ALDI, Inc., has requested the vacation of an ingress/egress easement on Lots 4, 5, and 6 of Northpointe Village Center Plat 1 to facilitate development of the property. The ingress/egress easement was established to serve vehicle traffic going to and from each of the three lots in subject and is no longer needed as Georgetown, LLC, C/O Mike Cunningham, will be the sole proprietor.

Approve Ordinance vacating ingress/egress easement.
