Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION receiving and filing an application for the annexation of and providing for the giving of notice for annexation of certain territory located adjacent to the northeast quadrant of Ankeny owned by Wayne Abuhl.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Wayne and Kathryn Abuhl, the property owners, have requested annexation to the City of Ankeny. The land is approximately 79 acres generally located north of NE 54th Street and west of NE 22nd Avenue (County).
