Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting final plat, parksite dedication agreement, deed to streets, subdivision bonds for erosion control, performance and maintenance bonds for paving and underground improvements, platted easements and approval of cost participation for truncated domes and ramps associated with 8-foot wide sidewalk for Deer Creek South Plat 2. |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: |
The proposed Deer Creek South Plat 2 final plat is 13.33 acres and consists of 2 lots, one multi-family residential and one commercial lot. This is a replatting of Outlot Y, Deer Creek South Plat 1. The plat is located north of E 1st Street and west of NE Four Mile Drive. It is currently zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development. A site plan will need to be submitted and reviewed before development of lots 1 and 2. |
