The action before the City Council is the approval of a Professional Services Agreement with JEO Consulting Group, Inc., for the design and bidding phase services needed for the SE Delaware Streambank Stabilization Project.
The project is included in the City's 2018 - 2022 Capital Improvements Program. The scope of the project includes the design of streambank stabilization to protect against erosion of the banks downstream from the 8' x 8' box culvert to protect the existing 21" diameter sanitary sewer pipe.
The Municipal Utilities Department proposes to use JEO Consulting Group, Inc., to complete the necessary design and bidding phase services for the project. The scope of the engineering services and corresponding fees for the services are shown in the attached Engineering Services Agreement. The total fee for the engineering services is not to exceed $56,900.00.
