SUBJECT:
Ord 1939: An Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ankeny, Iowa, by amending provisions pertaining to stormwater management fees.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The proposed ordinance increases the storm water management fees by $1 per ERU for commercial, industrial and multi-family, effective July 1, 2018.

To accept the second consideration of Ordinance 1939.
