Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION to approve the 28E Agreement for funding of Emergency Management Administration. 
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The proposed 28E Agreement is a renewal of an agreement that has been approved and renewed in years 2005,2007,2011 and 2014. The proposed agreement includes the following updates from the previous version:

 

1. The term dates have been updated to reflect the next three fiscal years

2. The table of most recent federally certified population numbers has been updated.
