SUBJECT:
Ord. 1941: An Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ankeny, Iowa by amending the provisions pertaining to water and sewer billing procedures. 
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The ordinance under consideration provided for a procedure for correcting water and sewer billings, should the City find an error in the billed amount to a specific account.  The new procedure allows for the amount of the refund or collection to correct any long-standing error to be limited to no more than a 5-year period.
