Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION adopting a schedule of fees and charges for certain rental inspection activities and rental registration duration as authorized by the City of Ankeny, Iowa Municipal Code.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This establishes the fee structure for in-house rental inspection and registration activities as well as establishes the registration duration timeframes.

CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is recommended the Council take the following action: 1) adopt inspection/registration fee schedule and registration duration timeframe Exhibit C (rental housing registration duration and inspection fees).

Previous Schedule of Fees and Charges Resolution 2007-427 approved October 1, 2007.
