Ord 1942: An Ordinance amending Chapter 177 Property Maintenance and Housing Code, of the Municipal Code of the City of Ankeny, Iowa, by adopting the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code with amendments.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Update to existing code to reflect the role of in-house rental housing inspectors.

Approve first reading of Ordinance 1942.
