Consider motion to adopt a RESOLUTION accepting a purchase agreement and approving documents for the acquisition of permanent sanitary sewer easement and temporary construction easement for the NW Irvinedale Drive and NW 5th Street Intersection Improvements project in Ankeny, Iowa. (3005 NW 5th Street - Julian and Julie Galloway)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The action before the council is the adoption of a Resolution accepting a permanent sanitary sewer easement and a temporary construction easement from Julian Galloway and Julie Galloway at 3005 NW 5th Street to facilitate the construction of the NW Irvinedale Drive and NW 5th Street Intersection Improvements project.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No
The total compensation for the permanent sanitary sewer easement and temporary construction easement is $1,870.00. The cost for the easements is part of the project costs for the NW Irvinedale Drive and NW 5th Street Intersection Improvements project included in the current Capital Improvement Program.
