Request To Waive Building Permit Fees
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City has received a request from Greenland Homes to waive the building permits for speculative charity home they are building at 2823 NW 23rd Street in Ankeny.   
FISCAL IMPACT: Yes
The building permit fees for this home are estimated at $1,593.00.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
After review of the request, it is the City Manager's recommendation is to deny the waiver of building permit fees.
