Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION authorizing the execution of a Facility Rental Agreement between the City of Ankeny, Iowa Police Department and Iowa State University regarding the use of the Lied Center located in Ames, Iowa.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Ankeny Police Department will be holding testing for police officers applicants on ______________.  The rental of the Lied Center is a routine agreement with ISU and provides the necessary space to perform the fitness testing for the police officer applicants.

Approve the execution of the facility rental agreement with ISU.
