SUBJECT:
Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION authorizing the Certificate of Termination of Development Agreement between the City of Ankeny, Iowa and Deer Creek Estates, LLC for the Deer Creek Trunk Sewer Phase 3.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

City staff was asked about a termination certificate for this development agreement as it produces a lien against the individual lots.  The purpose of this termination certificate is to eliminate any future liens within this area.

To approve the Resolution and Certificate as attached.
