Consider motion to adopt a RESOLUTION accepting a purchase agreement and approving documents for the acquisition of permanent public sidewalk and temporary construction easements for the NE Delaware Avenue Pedestrian Bridge and Sidewalk Connection project in Ankeny, Iowa. (1080 NE 18th Street - Michael and Krista Fuller)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The action before the council is the adoption of a Resolution accepting a permanent public sidewalk easement and a temporary construction easement from Michael and Krista Fuller at 1080 NE 18th Street to facilitate the construction of the NE Delaware Avenue Pedestrian Bridge and Sidewalk Connection project.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No
The total compensation for the permanent public sidewalk easement and temporary construction easement is $14,200.00. The cost for the easements is part of the project costs for the NE Delaware Avenue Pedestrian Bridge and Sidewalk Connection project included in the current Capital Improvement Program.
