SUBJECT:
Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION authorizing the Partial Termination Certificate of the Development Agreement between the City of Ankeny, Iowa and Deer Creek Estates, LLC for the Deer Creek Trunk Sewer Phase 4.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

City staff was asked about a termination certificate for this development agreement as it produces a lien against the individual lots.  In this case it is a partial termination as we have not fulfilled all of the requirements of the development agreement for Deer Creek Trunk Sewer Phase 4.  This will only be for the specific lots requested.
